Job Description:

Tomcat Motorsport Ltd is seeking an organized individual to manage the Parts department. The role is full-time, based in the office/factory. The primary responsibilities include maintaining and controlling all aspects of parts supply, procurement, management, sales, and updates. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of managing IT-related tasks such as the web shop, website, social media, and videos. The key duties are:

• Parts procurement, stock control, and financial entries
• Photographing parts and updating the web shop
• Managing parts sales, invoicing, and web shop payments
• Receiving, stocktaking, packing, and dispatching parts
• Allocating parts to the workshop for factory builds and costing them
• Conducting biannual stock takes
• Managing supplier relationships for materials and parts
• Updating parts and accounts software regularly
• Improving parts management efficiency

IT responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and updating the web shop with new products and news
• Website modifications and updates
• Providing general IT support and procurement
• Creating social media content, including videos, with regular updates

Additional general duties:

• Collaborating with the accounts department on parts and materials
• Assisting in the workshop as needed (no specific skills required)
• Vehicle and large parts delivery and collection

This department is currently small but expanding rapidly. Tomcat Motorsport seeks a Parts Manager to meet growing demand. Applicants must possess a valid UK driving license.
