Job summary

Bell Truck and Van is offering an Apprenticeship in Gateshead to learn customer service and parts support within a busy team. You’ll advise external and internal customers, help identify parts, and assist with stock and orders while promoting promotions to hit sales targets.

Training to Customer Service Level 3, with career development, health and safety focus, accurate paperwork, and teamwork opportunities.

Qualifications

• English and Maths GCSE C/4 or above required.
• Outstanding customer service with internal and external customers.
• Strong attention to detail and relationship management.
• Organised and proactive with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise and assist customers to ascertain parts required and supply them.
• Support loading/unloading of collections and deliveries by the team.
• Keep colleagues updated on order progress and stock checks.
• Promote promotions and sales incentives to achieve targets.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and complete paperwork accurately.
