Job summary

YEOMANS LTD in Exeter is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Apprentice to join the team and start a career in automotive parts and customer service. You will receive hands-on training while completing a recognised apprenticeship programme, learning to identify, source and supply vehicle parts for workshop technicians and retail customers.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues, supporting parts ordering, stock control and customer service as part of a busy, customer-focused team in the Exeter

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying, ordering and supplying vehicle parts and accessories.
• Support the workshop by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts promptly.
• Serve retail and trade customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Learn how to use manufacturer parts catalogues and stock management systems.
• Receive, check and correctly store incoming deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular stock checks.
• Ensure the Parts department is clean, organised and well-presented.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and company standards.
