Job summary

FMG RS, part of ZIGUP plc, is seeking a Parts Assistant for our Mansfield workshop. Salary range £28,166–£30,000 per annum, with potential bonus, and 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:30, 1 hour lunch).

You will support the parts department daily, manage stock, and assist internal customers. Join a fast-paced Bodyshop/Automotive Parts team and contribute to stock control, pricing updates, and parts forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts stock control preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle layouts and parts catalogues is beneficial.
• Strong data entry and pricing maintenance skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists as a Parts Assistantin our workshop in Mansfield.

As part of a team of specialists your responsibility as a Parts Assistantwill be for the day to day support of running of the parts department. Daily duties will include receiving parts into stock, booking of parts to workshop jobs, maintaining stock levels and dealing with internal customers. Utilising your sound knowledge of vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists, you’ll also ensure our pricing structures are kept up-to-date, and that stock control is always secure and well maintained.
