Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to be the key contact for customers during their car purchase. You will deliver a complete package, from test drives to arranging finance options, while delivering exceptional service.

The role supports a culture of People First, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on work-life balance. The team aims to provide a first-class customer experience across Perrys dealerships.

Qualifications

• You will have good interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to listen to our customers needs and engage with people with a passion for outstanding customer service.
• Open to new ideas and committed to doing the right thing for our customers, treating them fairly.
• You will have a full UK Driving licence.
• A willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to support and understand their needs on their journey to buying a new car.
• Deliver a complete package to suit driving needs, including arranging test drives and discussing finance options.
• Prospect for new customers and contribute to the customer journey across our dealerships.
• Provide first-class customer service and act as the key point of contact for customers during the purchase.

You will earn a basic salary of £25,000 per annum with an OTE of £45,000. With a wide range of benefits on offer including:

Hours of work: Perrys are committed to working with our employees for a focus on a good work life balance. We are one of the few car dealerships not open Sundays so you can be sure to have quality time to spend with your family and friends. Our Retail Managerswork 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday on a 4week cycle to provide 1 in 4weekends off, averaging 41.75 hours per week

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity available for an individual who comes from or is interested in a customer service or sales background. Experience in selling cars is not necessary. We have a full sales development programme to ensure that you will gain the skills you need to be successful.

As a Perrys Sales Executive, you will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car. Delivering not just a new car to them but a complete package to suit their driving needs. You can expect to cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, from arranging test drives, to discussing finance options, to prospecting for new customers.
