Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor in Scotland to keep workshops stocked with the right parts and to update customers on their vehicle journey at every stage.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, stock management skills, and comfort with computer systems. Training will be provided to use our systems, and the role includes opportunities for progression within a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have keen to learn attitude and can-do approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills: friendly, clear and concise.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering service.
• Comfortable using computers; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identifying parts required for a vehicle.
• Ordering parts from internal and external sources.
• Picking and packing parts.
• Communicating with the workshop.
• Providing a quick and accurate service to customers.
• Invoicing.
• Reviewing digital communications for customers.
• Stock management.
