Job summary

Arnold Clark in Liverpool is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Motorstore. You'll help keep workshops stocked and keep customers informed on their vehicle journey through every stage of the process. No prior parts experience required as we’ll provide comprehensive training.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm. The role offers a competitive £42,500 OTE plus bonuses, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, pension, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and stock handling.
• Experience handling stock and order processing.
• Comfortable using computers; training provided.
• Retail experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identifying parts required for a vehicle.
• Ordering parts from internal and external sources.
• Picking and packing parts.
• Communicating with the workshop.
• Providing a quick and accurate service to customers.
• Invoicing.
• Reviewing digital communications for customers.
• Stock management.
