Job summary

Arnold Clark Group in Nottingham is hiring a Parts Advisor at our Motorstore. You don’t need prior parts experience; we provide comprehensive training and a friendly team to learn from.

You will help keep workshops stocked, advise customers through the parts journey, and use our computer systems. The role offers a competitive £42,500 OTE, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, pension and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Comfortable using computers; training will be provided.
• Retail/stock handling experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts required for a vehicle.
• Order parts from internal and external sources.
• Pick and pack parts for customers/workshop.
• Communicate with the workshop to update on parts status.
• Provide quick and accurate service to customers.
• Process invoicing and stock updates.
• Review digital communications with customers.
• Manage stock levels to ensure workshop needs are met.
