Job summary

Auto Skills UK is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor in Gloucester to join a main car dealership. You will handle front and back counter duties, manage stock of parts and accessories, and assist trade, retail and workshop customers.

The role requires strong customer service, confident sales skills, and a full UK manual driving licence. Training on the dealer’s DMS system will be provided as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Front and back counter experience in Trade and Retail
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident in sales and upselling
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence (Subject to drivers check)

Responsibilities

• Operate on front and back counter for Trade, Retail and Workshop customers
• Order, sell and manage stock control of vehicle parts and accessories
• Handle a high volume of calls and enquiries to the department
