Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor for Audi Macclesfield. You will assist customers face to face or by phone, providing accurate part information and excellent service in a busy parts department.

Working in a renowned automotive group, you'll develop your knowledge across brands and sites, with training and progression opportunities. A UK driving licence and confident communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face or telephone customer service experience
• Ability to handle high volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tele sales and upselling
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient IT skills with web-based systems, email, and Office apps
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on parts availability and provide accurate information
• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
