Job Description
Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team.
Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a small team, you will focus on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. The main priorities include maintaining high service levels to the Workshop to ensure technicians remain productive and completing electronic up-sell VHCs promptly.
As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be a strong all-rounder with understanding of all aspects of a parts department, including goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns, and liaising with Service over parts-related matters. You should be customer-focused and able to prioritize your workload to meet customer expectations.
Parts Advisor – Requirements:
- Main dealer experience as a Parts Advisor with at least 2 years of experience
- Preferably experience with Autoline / Kerridge
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach
- Valid driving license
