Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for a Parts Advisor in Maidstone with an Automotive/Transport background. You will deal with clients, provide quotes, check deliveries, manage stock and perform admin tasks, with Monday–Friday 8am-6pm and some Saturdays on a rota.

You will also support the warehouse and workshop teams with hands-on duties, enjoying overtime opportunities and clear chances for progression and training within a well‑established vehicle distributor.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the Automotive/Transport sector.
• Ability to manage stock, quotations and client communications.
• Willingness to undertake admin tasks and assist warehouse/ workshop teams.

Responsibilities

• Deal with clients and customers face-to-face and on the phone.
• Provide quotes and check deliveries to customers.
• Manage stock levels and perform administrative duties.
• Assist the workshop and warehouse teams with hands-on tasks.
• Work Monday–Friday 8am‑6pm with some Saturday work on a rota.
