Job summary

Arnold Clark is seeking a Parts Advisor at our Stoke-on-Trent Vauxhall/Peugeot branch. You don't need prior parts experience; full training will be provided, with a focus on stock accuracy, customer service, and working with the workshop to keep vehicles on schedule.

The role offers a competitive OTE (£42,500), full-time hours Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm, 33 days holiday, private healthcare, pension, and opportunities for training and progression.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm

About The Role

Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?

Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process. If you've worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you'll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You'll need to be comfortable using computers, but don't worry - we'll provide all the training you'll need to use our systems.
