Job summary

Steven Eagell Limited is hiring a Parts Advisor based in Oxford. You will help customers choose the right parts, provide pricing and availability, and promote genuine parts and promotions. You will manage stock, coordinate with the Service team, handle warranties and returns, and maintain neat records.

• Organised and detail-oriented; able to manage stock, orders and administration accurately.

• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automotive parts, retail, trade sales or similar customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending the right parts and accessories
• Provide accurate pricing, availability and product information (in person and over the phone)
• Promote and maximise sales of genuine parts, accessories and current promotions
• Manage parts stock levels effectively, including ordering, goods receipt, storage and returns
• Support the Service team by ensuring parts availability aligns with workshop schedules and minimises downtime
• Process warranty claims and supplier returns in line with manufacturer requirements
• Maintain accurate administration, invoicing and customer records
• Develop local trade business and coordinate parts deliveries
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Ideally experience in automotive parts, retail, trade sales or a similar customer-facing environment
