What you/'ll be doing in your new Parts Advisor role:

- Handling parts requests and orders from engineers and customers
- Picking, packing, and dispatching parts accurately and efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to place new orders
- Managing incoming stock and keeping inventory tidy and on track
- Helping solve parts-related queries both in person and over the phone

The successful Parts Advisor will have:

- Experience in parts or service within forklift, plant, agriculture, construction or automotive industries
- Good mechanical understanding and a hands-on mindset
- Confidence when working with customers and technicians
- Excellent attention to detail and a friendly, proactive approach
