Responsibilities

• Managing parts enquiries, orders and deliveries.
• Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers for availability and pricing.
• Ensuring correct parts are available to support workshop operations.
• Handling warranty administration, including preparing and submitting claims.
• Maintaining accurate records and warranty paperwork.
• Liaising with workshop staff, suppliers and warranty contacts.
• Monitoring parts stock and maintaining an organised operation.

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills? Looking for a varied role where you can combine parts management with warranty administration in a specialist workshop environment?

We're working on behalf of an independent specialist workshop in Croydon to recruit a capable and organised Parts Advisor who can help with warranty, to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied role, balancing the day-to-day demands of parts supply with the accuracy and organisation needed to manage warranty claims and administration.

The Role

You'll play an important part in keeping the workshop running smoothly, ensuring technicians have the right parts when they need them while managing warranty processes efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing parts enquiries, orders and deliveries.
• Sourcing parts and liaising with suppliers to ensure availability and competitive pricing.
• Ensuring the correct parts are available to support workshop operations.
• Handling warranty administration, including preparing and submitting claims.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring warranty paperwork is completed correctly.
• Liaising with workshop staff, suppliers and relevant warranty contacts.
• Monitoring parts stock and helping maintain an organised, efficient parts operation.

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar automotive parts role.
• Experience with warranty administration, or a strong administrative background and the ability to learn.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• A proactive approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy workshop environment.

Experience within an independent or specialist automotive workshop would be advantageous.
