Vertu Land Rover Leeds has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £28,453 plus company benefits!

You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, as per the departmental rota, between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.

We have a great team on site committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and offering a professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include dealing with incoming trade parts inquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You should be able to accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements, utilize all product promotions effectively to achieve targets, identify and maximize upsell opportunities to grow sales, and maintain your knowledge of new or updated parts through training and reading relevant information such as bulletins, catalogues, and special offers.

Ideally, you will have parts experience from a similar role within the motor industry. You should be ambitious, with a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within our customer database and exceed parts sales objectives daily.
