The Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Commercial Vehicle Parts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with their commercial vehicle parts enquiries, process orders, and contribute to the growth of customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers with commercial vehicle parts enquiries, providing expert advice and solutions.

3. Make outbound calls to provide customers with order updates and ensure their satisfaction.

6. Keep company computer systems updated with customer information and order details.

1. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within the commercial vehicle sector.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
