Join us as a Parts Advisor. Your daily responsibilities will include serving internal and external customers promptly and providing effective product advice based on your knowledge.

Role responsibilities:

• Serve internal and external customers in the parts department, advising on products and parts available.
• Ensure correct implementation of pricing structures.
• Work closely with the Parts Leader to monitor stock levels.
• Complete all paperwork and requisitions securely and accurately.

What you need to succeed:

• A full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
• Customer service experience is essential; parts experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational, administrative, and computer skills.
