We offer a basic salary of £28,119 plus company benefits.

Our on-site team is committed to providing an excellent customer experience and professional service to trade customers. Your duties will include handling incoming trade parts inquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You should be able to accurately identify parts to meet customer needs, utilize product promotions effectively, identify and maximize upsell opportunities, and maintain your knowledge of new or updated parts through training and reading bulletins, catalogues, and updates.

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry, be ambitious, and eager to seek new sales opportunities to exceed parts sales objectives daily.
