Job summary

Marshall Nissan Ashford is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to keep our workshop moving with accurate stock handling and responsive customer service.

We offer a £30,150 basic salary, 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance & pension, discounts on services and purchases, and wellbeing perks. Full-time, Monday–Friday with Saturdays on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently and in a team.
• Strong focus on Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Tech-savvy with inventory management on iPad or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• Store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records.
• Respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and email.
• Pick and distribute parts for technicians, coordinating with service advisors and sales.

At Marshall Nissan Ashford, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a proactive and well-organised Parts Advisor to join our aftersales team and support seamless workshop operations.

In this role:

• You'll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You'll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You'll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You'll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech-savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
