About Us

At ROI, we support 70% of the UK's automotive brands in achieving their strategic sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. By combining innovative marketing strategies with cutting-edge technology solutions, we connect consumers and manufacturers, helping to drive transformation across the automotive industry.

This opportunity is to join the After Sales team supporting Kia UK, one of the world's fastest-growing automotive brands, recognised for its innovation, award-winning vehicle range and commitment to customer excellence.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Parts & Accessories Advisor to play a key role in supporting Kia's dealer network, suppliers and internal stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure the smooth supply and administration of parts and accessories while helping to deliver an outstanding experience for both dealers and customers.

The Role

As a Parts & Accessories Advisor, you'll become a key member of the After Sales team, helping to ensure parts and accessories are available when they're needed while supporting both internal teams and dealer partners.

Reporting to the Operations Manager – Parts & Accessories, this varied role combines supplier liaison, order management, reporting, stakeholder communication and problem solving. You'll work closely with colleagues across After Sales, Customer Service, suppliers and dealer networks to resolve supply issues, manage back orders, maintain product information and ensure the efficient delivery of parts and accessories across the business.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships and finding solutions to operational challenges, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date parts and accessories information across internal systems and dealer platforms.
  • Support new vehicle launches by ensuring accessories and parts are available and ready for market.
  • Manage inbound enquiries from dealers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, providing timely advice and support.
  • Monitor and proactively resolve parts back orders, supply delays and product issues by working closely with suppliers.
  • Process original equipment (OE) parts orders to meet forecast demand.
  • Produce regular operational reports and performance data to support business decision making.
  • Process dealer, internal and staff parts orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor goods in, supplier returns and stock movements, ensuring processes are completed effectively.
  • Support customer escalations relating to parts and accessories by working collaboratively with Customer Service teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with suppliers, dealer partners and internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent service.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and building positive relationships. You'll be someone who takes ownership, communicates confidently and thrives in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll have strong attention to detail, enjoy solving problems and be motivated by delivering an excellent experience for both customers and colleagues.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a vehicle manufacturer, importer or franchised dealership.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across internal teams, suppliers and dealer networks.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • High levels of numeracy and literacy.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK.
Why Join Us?
