We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced Partnerships Sales Manager to help our Travel Consultants develop impactful partnerships that boost sales and expand business opportunities.

Role Highlights

• Location: Bournemouth / Hybrid Working
• Full-time, Permanent
• Hours: 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility for evenings or weekends
• Reporting to: Head of Sales and Business Development

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing partnership strategies to maximize opportunities
• Designing and delivering training programs for Travel Consultants on the partnership lifecycle
• Supporting onboarding of new partners and fostering strong relationships
• Collaborating with Marketing and Business Development teams to create campaigns and tools for partner engagement
• Reviewing feedback to ensure training and marketing materials remain effective
