The Partnerships Sales Trainer / Coach Role
In this varied B2B2C role, you will work closely with our Travel Consultants, supporting them in identifying, negotiating, and onboarding partners who will use their existing audiences to recommend NJT Travel Consultants, expanding their reach and increasing sales opportunities.
You will also collaborate with our Marketing Team to create compelling materials that attract new partners and enable them to promote NJT effectively. Additionally, you will work with our Business Development Managers, who support our Travel Consultants daily in growing their businesses.
This is a creative, entrepreneurial role in a no-corporate-structure environment, ideal for proactive creatives ready to build and innovate.
What Your Day Might Look Like
- Implementing a Partnerships Strategy to create and maximise opportunities
- Designing and delivering training programmes for Travel Consultants on the Partnership lifecycle
- Supporting Travel Consultants in onboarding new partners and maintaining relationships
- Working with Business Development Managers to ensure focus and consistency
- Creating campaigns, events, and tools with Marketing to attract partners and generate bookings
- Ensuring partners understand and are motivated to promote our holidays
- Reviewing feedback to keep training, coaching, and marketing materials relevant and effective
About You
- Experience in Partnership sales and account management
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and their application
- Ability to coach and mentor Travel Consultants on business development
- Strong understanding of the travel industry and networks for partnership opportunities
- Experience creating impactful training and learning materials
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Experience with partnership agreements, contracts, and commercial terms
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinking to develop and execute partnership strategies
- Energetic and motivational, capable of inspiring teams and partners
