Job summary

Cultural Fashion & Arts CIC is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to identify and develop new partnership opportunities. Working directly with the Founder/Managing Director, you will explore relationships with businesses, local authorities, cultural organisations and venues that align with our work.

The role focuses on identifying opportunities, approaching potential partners and building strong professional relationships to create mutual value.

Help Cultural Fashion & Arts CIC grow through meaningful partnerships. Use your professional experience to identify new opportunities, connect with potential partners and help us build relationships across business, culture, the public sector and community.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone with experience in partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement or a related area.

You’ll be confident identifying new opportunities, approaching potential partners and building positive professional relationships. You should be able to understand what different organisations need and spot opportunities where working together could create mutual value.

We’d particularly value

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience developing partnerships or new business opportunities.
• Confidence engaging with organisations and senior stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Good judgement when identifying opportunities that are a genuine fit.

Experience in the arts, culture, events, community engagement or creative industries would be beneficial but isn’t essential.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about our work, enjoys making connections and would like to use their professional experience to help a growing cultural organisation develop new opportunities.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to help us identify and develop new partnership opportunities.

Working directly with our Founder/Managing Director, you will explore relationships with businesses, local authorities, cultural organisations and venues that align with our work.

Key activities will include

• Researching and identifying potential partners and opportunities.
• Helping us make initial approaches and start conversations.
• Exploring ways to work together, from cultural events and community programmes to corporate activations and creative projects.
• Supporting the development of partnership ideas and proposals.
• Nurturing promising relationships and advising on our wider partnerships approach.

We already work with a range of organisations and are keen to build on this as we grow. We're particularly interested in partnerships that create social impact and sustainable opportunities for the organisation.

This is a flexible, ongoing role. You won't be responsible for day-to-day operations or line management, and we'll agree priorities around your availability.
