Responsibilities

About the role

  • Scale Emma's affiliate program by forming direct partnerships with amazing organisations
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners and opportunities
  • Design promotional campaigns across partners with the ultimate goal of acquiring more customers
  • Lead Emma in the employee benefits space as a financial wellbeing app
  • Ensure proper tracking, analysis and reporting
  • Work with the broader marketing team to create aligned consumer communications across all channels to ensure consistent brand messages

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a partnership/sales/business development or heavy outbounds related role
  • An excellent understanding of digital data analytics
  • You want to be part of an amazing team
  • You are excited by what we're building at Emma and have an interest in budgeting
  • Go getter / hustler mentality
