Job summary

Isometric, the AI-native certifier of climate solutions, is seeking a proactive doer to join our London team. You’ll lead on winning project developers, support peers, and help optimise inbound leads and supplier onboarding with AI-powered processes.

We value a fast-paced, generalist mindset, strong communication, and a genuine drive to advance climate tech. This is an in-person role with three days in the office, in Greater London.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong motivation to work on climate and carbon removal
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactive
• Proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork
• Clear and confident communicator, able to break down technical concepts
• Desirable: Startup/technical sector experience
• Desirable: STEM background

• Highly proficient with AI tools like Claude Code or Claude Cowork

• Clear and confident communicator — able to break down technical concepts to non-expert audiences

• Desirable: Prior experience in startups and/or technical sectors (e.g. finance, law, software)

• Desirable: STEM background
