ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team.

This role is ideal for someone deeply embedded in the creator economy, with a strong sense for cultural relevance, brand alignment, and community impact. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing a powerful network of ambassadors and influencers, leading campaign activations, and coordinating brand-led events that drive real connection and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard authentic brand ambassadors and influencers who align with our mission and aesthetic

  • Manage ongoing creator relationships and influencer campaigns across social platforms, with a focus on performance and long-term value

  • Conceptualize and execute brand events, seeding strategies, and community moments that elevate our presence

  • Collaborate with the content and performance teams to integrate influencer content into organic and paid strategies

  • Track campaign performance, influencer ROI, and engagement metrics to continuously refine approach

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven track record in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, and creator partnerships

  • Experience planning and executing consumer-facing events or community activations

  • Strong cultural radar with the ability to spot emerging creators and trends early

  • Highly organized, with experience managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for building genuine, long-lasting partnerships

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience working with DTC or wellness brands

  • Familiarity with influencer campaign platforms and performance tracking tools

  • Background in PR, events, or community management
