Job Title: Partnerships Director

The Female Lead is a platform dedicated to amplifying the stories of women making a difference across industries. We reach 9 million women every month, using powerful storytelling, research and partnerships to inspire and drive change. Now, we’re launching a B2B agency to help brands better connect with women through smarter use of data, creativity and media - and we’re looking for a Partnerships Director to help us make it happen.
We need someone with sharp commercial instincts and a passion for purpose-led storytelling to drive brand partnerships and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing collaborations with brands and agencies that align with our mission. From pitching to negotiation and activation, you’ll take the lead on partnerships and become the face of our B2B offering.
You’ll also stay ahead of marketing, data and creative trends, ensuring we leverage insights and innovation to deliver value. Your role will be critical in driving our strategy, ensuring our partnerships are not only impactful but also positioned at the cutting edge of the industry.
