The Yard is seeking a Partnerships Development Manager to lead corporate fundraising across Scotland and generate income to sustain its services for disabled children and families. You will deliver a corporate fundraising strategy, raise the charity’s profile among companies, and build lasting relationships that grow giving and legacy support.

The role requires strategic and creative thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage business partners

• Breadth of experience in meeting or exceeding funding targets.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to build sustainable partnerships.
• Experience planning and managing multiple priorities.
• Understanding of how businesses contribute to charity partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly approach.
