Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a Business Development Manager to support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield.
This is not your average business development role. This is a blank canvas, a big opportunity, and a chance to be right at the heart of change for young people experiencing homelessness across South Yorkshire.
As part of Roundabout’s Fundraising team, you’ll lead the charge in growing our corporate partnerships—connecting with brilliant businesses, inspiring them to get involved, and showing them just how powerful their support can be. You’ll research, identify and approach key decision-makers, opening conversations around Corporate Social Responsibility and creating meaningful partnerships that go far beyond a logo on a leaflet.
This role plays a vital part in growing Roundabout’s corporate income and ensuring the long-term sustainability of our work—so that more young people can have a safe place to live, support to rebuild their lives, and hope for the future.
If you love building relationships, have a head full of ideas, and want your work to genuinely matter—we’d love to hear from you.
Please download and complete an application form, ensuring that all areas of the Role Specification are addressed in your application.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications will be 15 February 2026 at 3.00pm. Interviews will be held 26 February 2026.
Roundabout Ltd is committed to actively valuing diversity and encouraging equal opportunities for all and welcomes applications from all sections of the community, particularly those currently underrepresented.
