Due to this exciting growth we’re on the hunt for a Partnerships Assistant Manager to join Sculpted and support with the development and management of the influencer and partnerships strategy particularly within the UK market.

You’ll play a pivotal role in developing, managing and executing paid influencer marketing campaigns. Building and managing influencer relationships, running performance-driven affiliate campaigns, and amplifying our brand across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires someone who’s as analytical as they are creative, with a strong understanding of the influencer and creator space particularly within the beauty industry.

Main Accountabilities

• Plan, brief, coordinate, and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish. This includes identifying partners, content delivery, approvals, and post-campaign analysis.
• Identify, engage, and nurture influencer and partners in the UK. You’ll lead outreach, build strong talent pipelines, and explore new partnership opportunities to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Work closely with the social, content, CRM, and paid teams to amplify influencer content across all brand touchpoints. Ensure alignment across channels and maintain brand consistency.
• Ensure all influencer output is high-quality, on-brand and tailored to our audiences.
• Manage and optimise affiliate campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Track performance, monitor KPIs, and build learnings for future campaigns.
• Analysis of all partnership campaigns - looking at ROI and EMV.
• Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
• Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer or partnership marketing, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Deep knowledge of the UK influencer landscape, especially on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and Substack.
• Proven ability to balance brand and performance marketing, with a focus on ROI.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative thinker with commercial acumen
• Strong grasp of all key social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Youtube, an emerging channels.
• Bonus: Experience working at a high-growth startup or fast-paced beauty brand.
