Audiencerate LTD is seeking a Partner Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing partnerships worldwide, with a focus on the Microsoft partner ecosystem. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and drive mutual growth.

Audiencerate is an international company specializing in MarTech and AdTech solutions. Our mission is to make data-driven marketing accessible, secure, and truly useful for businesses. Easy, intuitive, and fast, this platform aims to transform every company into a data-driven organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture partnerships worldwide, ensuring mutual growth and success.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies with the Leadership Team, focusing on the Microsoft partner ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency between partnership development and go-to-market strategies, and with the legal team to ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Support partnership documentation, educational content, and customer support materials, including training for partners and key clients.
  • Guide new partners through the onboarding process, providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell or integrate the company’s products or services.
  • Regularly track and analyze partner performance metrics, such as revenue generation, customer acquisition, or product adoption rates, to gauge the partnership’s health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners when challenges arise, swiftly addressing concerns to maintain partner satisfaction.
  • Gather insights from partners about market trends, product improvements, or competitive threats to inform internal strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Partner Management or related roles (e.g., Business Development, Account Management).
  • Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to interface with technical, design, and sales teams.
  • Good understanding of digital processes and data flows.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; Italian and Spanish are a plus.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to collaborate effectively and understand team dynamics.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience managing complex projects in a technological context.
  • Basic knowledge of audience segmentation, privacy, and data compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR).
