Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a Partnership Executive to manage key FE college accounts and deliver outstanding client and candidate experience. The role drives long-term vacancies, builds a strong candidate pool, and works across the FE team to enhance partnerships.

Based at our Head Office with hybrid working, you will visit colleges and client sites as needed, leveraging your account management skills to grow the business and ensure exceptional service for our FE partners.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage relationships with key stakeholders in FE Colleges
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all candidates
• Manage a variety of long-term vacancies, including niche subjects
• Build a pool of experienced and vetted candidates for placement
• Conduct in-depth interviews with prospective candidates
• Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet college requirements
• Deliver excellent service to sustain client relationships

Job Title: Partnership Executive / Senior Partnership Executive / Principal Partnership Executive

Reporting to: Further Education Manager

Location: Staffordshire

The Supply Register are an education recruitment managed service provider working in partnership with Multi Academy Trusts & Colleges across England and Wales. Our vision is to transform recruitment in the changing world of education & our mission is to become the sector's most trusted education recruitment company.

Over the last 12 months, our Further Education division have experienced significant growth across all regions. They are therefore looking to expand the team and are recruiting for a Partnership Executive to be based in our Head Office. As a Partnership Executive, the successfull applicant will be the key account manager and first port of contact for some of our key FE accounts. You will work alongside the wide Further Education team to enhance our partnerships and provide outstanding service to our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage relationships with key stakeholders in FE Colleges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all candidates
• Effectively manage a variety of long term vacancies, often in niche subject areas
• Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement
• Conduct indepth interviews with prospective candidates
• Work alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey
• Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that College requirements are met
• Deliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year in a recruitment or account management role
• Have an understanding managed service solutions
• Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service
• The ability to problem solve and navigate through challenges effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required
• Motivation and drive to grow with the company
