Job summary

The Supply Register is recruiting a Partnership Executive to manage a portfolio of schools and academies in the Bristol region. You will become the first point of call for clients, ensuring outstanding service and successful placement of teaching and non-teaching staff.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary range from £30,000 to £49,000, and opportunities to progress within a growing education recruitment MSP across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months experience in education recruitment.
• Understanding of managed service solutions.
• Proven track record of outstanding customer service.
• Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of schools & academies in the region.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Manage long-term and day-to-day vacancies effectively.
• Build a strong pool of vetted candidates ready for placement.
• conduct interviews with prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with partnership agencies to meet school requirements.
• Deliver excellent service to foster strong client relationships.

Job Title: Partnership Executive / Senior Partnership Executive / Principal Partnership Executive

Reporting to: Regional Partnership Manager

Location: Bristol

Salary: From £30,000 to £49,000 per annum (competitive depending on skill set & experience)

The Supply Register are an education recruitment managed service provider working in partnership with Multi Academy Trusts & Colleges across England and Wales. We have recently secured a new partnership with a Multi-Academy Trust and are therefore recruiting for a local Parrtnership Executive to act as their account manager and first point of call. For the right applicant, we are able to offer a senior or principal role with a negotiable salary.

As a Partnership Executive, you should have experience in the education recruitment sector and have proven experience of providing outstanding service to your clients. You will work alongside the wider South West team to enhance our partnerships and will have support from a Resourcing executive & Compliance manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of schools & academies in the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all teaching and non-teaching staff
• Effectively manage a variety of long term and day to day vacancies
• Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement
• Conduct interviews with prospective candidates
• Work alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey
• Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that School requirements are met
• Deliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 12 months experience in education recruitment
• An understanding managed service solutions
• Demonstrated success in providing outstanding customer service
• The ability to problem solve and navigate through challenges effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required
• Motivation and drive to grow with the company
