Job Description:

As a Partnership Development Consultant, your responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and connecting with potential clients
  • Understanding our products and actively upselling and cross-selling
  • Delivering excellent customer service with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Building relationships with clients, salespeople, and colleagues
  • Communicating confidently and sharing data effectively
  • Pitching to and closing clients
  • Consulting with recruitment agencies
  • Identifying clients' growth goals
  • Selling directly to FD/MD/CEO level
  • Presenting solutions in person and virtually

Candidates should have proven experience in a fast-paced cold calling sales role. Experience in recruitment and familiarity with umbrella companies are highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Proactive, creative, energetic, and problem-solving mindset
  • Experience in fast-paced sales environments with strategic thinking
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a hunger for success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Umbrella Payroll and Outsourced Payroll
  • Knowledge of ZOHO CRM is a plus
  • Ability to exceed targets and enjoy generous commissions
