Qualifications

• Degree in health, life sciences, business, public health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in market access, partnerships, service redesign, or NHS collaboration.
• Strong understanding of NHS operational models, commissioning, clinic capacity and patient pathways.
• Track record delivering cross-functional projects and managing external partners or vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of compliance requirements relevant to partnerships and non-promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of partnership solutions that improve patient access and service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with commercial, medical, market access, and third-party providers to ensure smooth launch and maintenance of partnerships.
• Engage with NHS budget holders, service managers, pharmacy teams and operational leads to secure support and align partnerships with local needs.
• Drive service redesign and pathway enablement to support new care models, working with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Collect operational insights, measure outcomes and use these learnings to refine partnership offerings and inform strategy.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company governance, maintaining clear documentation and transparent communications.
