We are looking for a Partnering Stores Manager to join our team at Huws Gray in Manchester!

This role supports our new partnership with One Manchester, a housing association.

Our Partnering Stores serve a single customer, with stock to support their projects locally. These stores ensure customers get what they need, on time, every time.

As a Partnering Store Manager, you will lead a small team to meet customer needs and supply the right products. You’ll work in a team committed to excellent customer service and completing tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with customers to understand their requirements
• Identifying sales opportunities and offering advice and solutions
• Motivating the team to meet targets
• Making commercial decisions in line with senior management
• Ensuring branch compliance with legislation and company policies
• Managing stock and maintaining stock records
