EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Partner Services Delivery Director in London to own end-to-end cloud delivery across large-scale programmes across Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, and Utilities.

You will combine strategic leadership with deep cloud expertise and strong commercial awareness, working with partners, C-level clients, and engineering teams to drive secure, scalable multi-cloud solutions. The role requires managing portfolios over £10 million, guiding hybrid/ multi-cloud

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations and digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage margins.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-stream cloud programmes from initiation to delivery.
• Own cloud migration strategies including rehosting and replatforming legacy systems.
• Oversee delivery across AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure with secure, compliant solutions.
• Drive technical solutioning and support for bids, RFIs, RFPs and framework submissions.
• Build and strengthen relationships with senior client executives, technology partners and internal leadership.

We’re looking for a Partner Services Delivery Director to join our team in London, UK in an office and client site working mode. In this leadership role, you will take ownership of end-to-end cloud delivery across large-scale digital transformation programmes spanning multiple industries, such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare and Utilities.You will combine strategic leadership with deep cloud expertise and strong commercial awareness.
