THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with travel law experience to join a City-based Travel Team at Legal Director/Partner level. You will have primary responsibility for advising a high-profile client base, including travel, holiday, and leisure companies, on commercial matters related to travel law, regulatory compliance, and media law.

The main workload will focus on commercial aspects such as booking terms and conditions, compliance, consumer protection, and regulatory issues. There will also be opportunities to handle some contentious travel work.

As a senior fee earner, you are expected to develop a solid network of contacts and participate in business development activities for the team.

THE CANDIDATE

You should be a qualified Solicitor with 7+ PQE, possessing travel law experience, ideally including travel claims, gained from working in-house or at a law firm.

Experience handling hotel, transport, or travel contracts would be particularly relevant and suitable for this role.
