Role Overview

We seek a dynamic Partner-Sales professional for our EMEA team. You will drive new client leads, nurture existing relationships, and manage a portfolio of accounts. Your deep knowledge of AdTech and programmatic advertising, along with a strong network of senior client and agency contacts (preferably in travel), will help you exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in AdTech and data, with a successful record of closing high-value deals and developing strategic enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and close new opportunities with brands and agencies.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Own and grow a portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and success.
  3. Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with decision-makers in client organizations and media agencies.
  4. Sales Execution: Lead all sales stages from lead generation to closing.
  5. Programmatic Expertise: Use your knowledge to create tailored advertising solutions.
  6. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  8. Travel: Travel as needed for meetings, events, and conferences.

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 6+ years in AdTech or programmatic sales with a proven record of exceeding targets.

Knowledge

  • Strong portfolio of senior client and agency relationships, travel industry preferred.
  • Solid background in B2B sales in programmatic environments.
  • Passion for AdTech and industry trends.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, and data solutions.
  • Experience with media agencies or large brands.
  • Knowledge of 1st Party Data and monetization.
  • Proven ability to develop, pitch, and close deals.
  • Skill in growing strategic partnerships and expanding revenue.
  • Familiarity with analytics and campaign tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
