Job summary

St. James's Place is seeking a proactive Associate to join the Partner Remuneration Operations team in Cirencester on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will oversee end-to-end partner payments, manage queries, and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate remuneration data.

You will build expertise across products and partner benefits, support training initiatives and contribute to a high-quality service culture in a hybrid Cirencester office environment.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of Partner Remuneration across product types and partner benefits.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare and present updates to Partners and the Leadership Team on Partner Operations.
• Manage workload autonomously and prioritise competing tasks.
• Allocate admin tasks within the team and track timescales.
• Handle a wide range of queries via email and phone from Partners and the FMT.
• Support training and identify knowledge gaps to improve processes.
