St. James’s Place in Cirencester is seeking a Partnership Accounts Specialist to join the Partner Remuneration Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage partner queries by phone and email, provide guidance on systems, reporting and remuneration metrics, and help ensure accurate payments. You will work hybrid from Cirencester, liaise with stakeholders across the business and contribute to service quality.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven experience building effective relationships and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical and investigative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Understand Partner Remuneration across all product types and benefits that impact remuneration.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare and host presentations to Partners and FMT on Partner Operations aspects.
• Work autonomously, manage own workload alongside other priorities.
• Allocate admin tasks within the team and manage timescales accordingly.
• Handle a wide range of queries via e-mail and phone from Partners and FMT.
• Assist with training and identify knowledge gaps.
