Job summary

St. James’s Place in Cirencester is seeking a Partnership Accounts Specialist on a 7-month fixed-term contract within the Partner Remuneration team. You will support Partners and FMT via phone and email, delivering accurate remuneration information and guidance while maintaining service standards.

You’ll work across a high-performing desk, building effective stakeholder relationships, and providing technical guidance on systems and reports. Hybrid working in Cirencester office.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical and investigative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with numerical information and data interpretation.
• Resilient, adaptable and customer-focused.
• Knowledge of Partner Remuneration or financial services operations.
• Understanding of SJP's Partnership model and key internal stakeholders.
• Experience using business systems such as BlueDoor, Salesforce or Optymyze.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial/operational data.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of Partner Remuneration across product types and related partner benefits.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
• Prepare and host presentations to Partners and FMT on Partner Operations.
• Autonomously manage workload alongside competing priorities.
• Allocate admin tasks within the team and manage timescales.
• Handle a wide range of queries via email and phone from Partners and FMT.
• Assist with training and identify knowledge gaps.
