Reports to: Marketing Director

Checkin Apartments is an established accommodation booking agency, founded in 2009, specialising in solutions for business travel, relocations and short-term stays. We offer access to a carefully curated portfolio of serviced apartments, aparthotels and corporate housing across the UK and in key destinations worldwide.

Our success is built on strong relationships with our clients, our colleagues and our accommodation partners. We work directly with a wide range of property operators, from global hospitality brands to independent serviced apartment providers, enabling us to offer accommodation solutions that meet the diverse needs of our corporate and private clients.

We pride ourselves on being knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in the success of our partners. By maintaining trusted relationships and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, communication and collaboration, we help create exceptional experiences for our clients while driving growth for our property partners.

Collaboration, continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence sit at the heart of everything we do, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful and digitally confident Partner Relations Executive to help manage and develop our property portfolio across Checkin Apartments.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining property content, partner relationships, digital systems, rates management, marketing coordination and operational support .

You will be responsible for ensuring our property information, rates and booking terms are accurate, engaging and consistently maintained across all relevant channels, including our website, CRM, booking platforms, property portals and bedbanks.

You will also play an active role in visiting properties, attending viewings and FAM trips, capturing content for marketing and social media, and identifying opportunities to improve our property listings, processes and partner relationships.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is confident working across multiple systems and platforms, and takes a proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and getting things done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the accuracy and quality of property listings across Checkin Apartments' digital channels.

  • Manage property listings across the website, CRM, portals and other channels.
  • Create and update property and location pages.
  • Ensure property information, imagery, amenities, booking terms and content are accurate and consistent.
  • Manage and update rates and availability through property bedbanks and relevant distribution systems.
  • Proactively identify and fix missing, outdated or inaccurate information.

Partner Relations & Content

Build and maintain strong working relationships with our accommodation partners and preferred suppliers. You will also be encouraged to think commercially and proactively about how we can get more value from our partner relationships.

  • Coordinate property content, imagery and updates with accommodation partners.
  • Maintain strong relationships with preferred suppliers.
  • Follow up on booking terms, promotions and commercial opportunities.
  • Encourage partners to support marketing activity, including newsletters and campaigns.
  • Support partner onboarding, agreements, checklists and reviews.

Property Visits & Marketing

You will regularly support property visits and viewings across London and occasionally further afield.

  • Arrange and attend property viewings, FAM trips and occasional industry events.
  • Capture photos and video content for social media, marketing and property listings.
  • Support client property tours where required.

Account Management & Administration

Alongside property and partner responsibilities, you will provide support across selected account management and administrative activities. This role requires someone who is comfortable learning and working across multiple systems.

  • Provide support with account management and administrative tasks.
  • Organise documentation, agreements, onboarding and internal processes.
  • Ensure actions are followed through efficiently.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple properties, projects, deadlines and relationships while maintaining accurate property information, rates and booking terms.

Digitally confident, with experience using CRM systems, website CMS platforms, databases and other digital tools. Experience with Zoho, WordPress, Canva, Adobe and property portals/bedbanks is advantageous.

Proactive, resourceful and commercially minded, able to spot problems and opportunities, find efficient solutions and identify ways to generate additional value from partner relationships.

Naturally curious and market-aware, interested in understanding our industry, monitoring competitors and carrying out market research to ensure Checkin Apartments continues to offer a strong proposition for clients.

Sharp-eyed and analytical, able to spot inaccuracies, gaps or inconsistencies in competitor websites and accommodation information, and understand what they could mean for our own proposition.

A strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to draft professional emails and partner communications themselves, using AI as a tool rather than relying on it to do the thinking and writing.

Creative and content-minded, comfortable capturing and editing photography and video for property listings, marketing and social media.

Independent and adaptable, able to manage changing priorities, take ownership and work effectively without needing detailed instructions.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with experience in travel, hospitality, property, serviced apartments, marketing or accommodation distribution preferred.

Comfortable being out and about, attending property visits, partner meetings, FAM trips and occasional industry events.

Interested in digital content and SEO, with an understanding of website optimisation, social media and online customer journeys an advantage.
