Chadwick Nott is assisting a Top 50 UK law firm to appoint a Partner to lead and grow its enfranchisement practice in a national platform with a Cambridge presence.

The role suits an established Partner or Senior Lawyer with extensive enfranchisement and residential property experience, capable of strategic advisory work, business development and mentoring junior lawyers across the firm.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in leasehold reform and enfranchisement matters.
• Strong track record in residential property and related advisory work.
• Proven ability to win and grow client relationships and contribute to BD initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise landlords, developers, investors, management companies and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters.
• Lead and develop the enfranchisement practice within the real estate team.
• Drive growth, cross-sell with other practice areas, and manage junior lawyers.
