Qualifications

• Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-value property matters.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a successful Commercial Property team, driving performance, collaboration and growth
• Managing a diverse caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects and property finance transactions
• Building and strengthening relationships with developers, investors, businesses and professional referrers
• Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the continued expansion of the property practice
• Playing a key role in departmental strategy, mentoring junior lawyers and helping shape the firm's future direction
