Job summary

Top 50 UK Law Firm is seeking a Partner to lead its enfranchisement and residential property practice from its Cambridge-based offices. You will advise landlords, developers and leaseholders on complex enfranchisement matters and contribute to the strategic growth of the team.

We are looking for an established Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with strong enfranchisement experience, a commercial mindset and a proven ability to mentor junior lawyers and win new business.

Qualifications

Established Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with strong enfranchisement background.
Significant experience in leasehold reform and residential property matters.
Commercially minded with ability to provide strategic advice to clients.
Experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Enthusiastic about business development and practice growth.
Capable of leading matters independently while collaborating with the wider firm.

Responsibilities

Advise landlords, developers, investors, management companies and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters.
Handle collective enfranchisement claims and lease extension work.
Advise on rights of first refusal and related leasehold legislation.
Support clients with complex residential asset management issues.
Work with real estate, litigation and private client teams on cross-disciplinary matters.
Lead and develop client relationships across the residential property sector.
Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business development strategy.
Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and shape team direction.
