Top 50 UK Law Firm is seeking a Partner to lead its enfranchisement and residential property practice from its Cambridge-based offices. You will advise landlords, developers and leaseholders on complex enfranchisement matters and contribute to the strategic growth of the team.

We are looking for an established Partner, Legal Director or Senior Associate with strong enfranchisement experience, a commercial mindset and a proven ability to mentor junior lawyers and win new business.

Qualifications

I am currently working with a highly regarded national law firm that is looking to appoint a Partner to help lead and grow its specialist enfranchisement practice.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an established partner or senior lawyer with a strong profile in residential property and enfranchisement work to join a well-resourced platform with a strong reputation in the real estate sector. The firm is seeking an ambitious individual who can play a key role in the continued growth of a nationally recognised practice.

The Opportunity

Joining an established real estate team, you will advise a broad range of clients on complex enfranchisement and leasehold matters while helping to drive the strategic development of the practice.

Your work is likely to include:

  • Advising landlords, developers, investors, management companies and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters.
