As part of continued growth, our client is seeking an exceptional individual to lead their London-based Property Management team, supporting a diverse client base including top-tier lenders and major public sector bodies.

You will be at the helm of a 35-strong, multi-disciplinary team comprising surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants, working collaboratively across UK-wide offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading the London Property Management team and supporting its continued growth.
2. Managing a diverse range of key assets on behalf of high-profile clients.
3. Building new business opportunities and expanding presence in the London/Southeast region.
4. Collaborating with internal experts across facilities management, surveying, and accounting.
5. Managing contractor relationships, tenant queries, insurance claims, and on-site staff interactions.
6. Overseeing financial elements such as rent, service charges, and budget processes.
7. Supporting national strategy by assisting with instructions across the UK.
